If such a report may be needed, please inform our clinic staff at the point of enquiry (before obtaining the appointment date) so that our clinic staff may provide further advice on the suitability of the consultation and your request, before booking the appointment date.
(b) Please be informed that our clinic does not provide assessment and related Specialist Medical Report specific to "Divorce & Custody" or "Forensic" matters for adults and children.
(c) Our clinic also does not provide house-call/home-visit services.
